About Jesse Kane
Jesse Kane is a change management and internal communications leader who helps Fortune 1000 organizations navigate complex transformation with clarity and confidence. Through his consulting practice, he partners with executives to drive enterprise-wide initiatives—from technology and supplier management transformations to workplace redesigns and new operating models—that strengthen engagement and accelerate adoption.
With more than 15 years of change and communications experience Jesse has helped leaders create stronger employee engagement programs and guided organizations through major transitions including acquisitions, program launches, HR modernization, and global system launches. He brings a blend of strategic insight, practical execution, and clear communication that enables teams to adapt, align, and move forward.
Jesse holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in English from Grinnell College.
In 2026, he plans to confirm his change management credentials by completing the Prosci certification.
